Can I buy a decent power conditioner for my home entertainment center for $50? - 50 dvd changer
I have a high-definition plasma television, surround speakers and DVD changer. Am I obligated to spend more than $ 50 for a decent power conditioner on? Or should I plan for $ 100 +?
